Why a form and not an email address. We do not run a mailbox on this domain, so publishing one would mean publishing an address that bounces. This form stores your message on the server and pushes it to the operator immediately; you get a reference number on screen and a reply by email from a person. If you would rather have an address to write to, say so in the message and you will be given one that works in the reply.
On a board?
The Board Reserve Review — your SIRS and budget re-run independently and written so it can go in the meeting packet and be read by your association attorney — is $2,000 per building, flat. Not per hour, not per page, not quoted per engagement. It is the same number for a 30-unit building and a 200-unit building, the annual re-run is the same number again, and delivery is within 10 business days of your complete document set — with the calendar date written into the confirmation before you pay anything, so it can go on an agenda.
You do not need to contact us to buy it and there is no quote step. Order it directly, or read the free worked example and the specimen deliverable first — if the method does not survive your attorney’s reading there is no reason to pay us anything.
